To ensure accurate and updated data on business systems to assist our operations.

Key performance areas

  • Maintain the general ledger and sub ledgers
  • Capture fuel transactions and trips.
  • Compile and submit OTD reports
  • Tag emergency book
  • Toll card book and daily audit.
  • Create work orders.
  • Communicate changes/ cancellations to LIC
  • Monitor device usage of drivers
  • Submit copies of LCS, trip sheets to client and depot
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly fuel reports.
  • Perform weekly tag, pdp, reward app, fleetboard and hhd's audits
  • Monitor and maintain stock and usage of paper

Nature of position

  • Administrative

Qualifications required
Grade 12 while further studies may be an advantage.

Skills and experience required

  • 1 year's relevant work experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Accuracy
  • Action orientated
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing and able to work such hours as may be determined by the company including shifts.
