Experience

The successful incumbent will have at least three (3) or more years experience as a claims administrator within short-term insurance claims.


Formal education and qualifications as a minimum requirement

  • Matric
  • A Bdegree within the Financial Services
  • Successfully completed the Regulatory Exam for representatives (RE5)
  • Relevant Short-Term Insurance Qualification
  • Commercial and Personal Line knowledge, experience and accreditation is essential
  • Minimum FAIS credits applicable
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Must be able to work independently with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Must have the ability to follow established processes
  • Own transport and cellular telephone is mandatory
