Proclinical are recruiting a SCRA, South Africa for a biotech consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in South Africa.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and attend investigator meetings for allocated studies.
  • When needed, you will attend studyconnected, company, divisional and external meetings.
  • Guarantee all study deliverables are accomplished per the company's biotech and study timelines.
  • You will help resolve problems to guarantee compliance with site file audits in conjunction with ISS.
  • Responsible for documents, stability and storage conditions of clinical trial resources when needed by sponsor.
  • Conduct investigational product inventory.
  • Might evaluate protocols, eCRFs, study manuals and any other linked documents when requested by the clinical trial manager and/or lead CRA.
  • Perform field review visits and field training of CRA Is, IIs, and any other Sr. CRAs.
  • You will serve as a mentor for junior personnel and those new to the organisation and/or study.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowhow of clinical research procedure, which involves expertise on all functional areas of clinical trials and medicinal vocabulary.
  • Familiarity with supervising and/or arranging clinical trials.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Capable of managing various priorities simultaneously in various, multifaceted trials.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to resolve issues.
  • Knowhow of present GDP/ICH regulations suitable to the performance of clinical research.
