We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team to lead our Client Success Division. You must have experience create workflows and cadences of keeping in touch with clients, making sure they are happy and offering them upsells.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize client success and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely manner.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients during the onboarding process and throughout their journey with QuickTeam.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client success management or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong commitment to client success.
