  • Contact the customer and understand their requirements. Confirm any additional information that might be critical to the execution of the installation.
  • Create the quotation for the customer once understanding the customer needs.
  • Negotiate and conclude the sale in accordance with the price policy of the company (installation and all standard fees). Process the sale of the installation.
  • Confirm stock availability for full project requirements and adjust quotation accordingly.
  • Agree with the customer the date and time for installation or site visit where a call out has been sold.
  • Create a Whatsapp group including the customer, contractor and yourself to clearly communicate details of the project, start date and to ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders until sign off of the completed project.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the product with the store or DC to synchronize with the start date of the project by the contractor.
  • Follow up with the customer throughout the process to clearly communicate any challenges and manage expectations.
  • Final follow up with completion of project to manage customer satisfaction.
  • Matric certificate
  • Retail sales experience 23 years
  • Efficient & effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Respect for differing opinions, styles, and financial situations of customers.
  • Able to work well within a broad team with multiple stakeholders.

  • The Installations sales coordinator will work a 45hour week with a flexible schedule (this may include Saturday and Sunday).
  • The Installations Sales Coordinator will be based in Campus (Fourways).
