Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Mobile Technology Management:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of mobile technology units utilized by the organization.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mobile tech units with existing systems.
- Implement best practices for mobile device management, security, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Software Installation and Upkeep:

- Manage partnerships with in-house companies for software development, installation, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure timely implementation.
- Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Data Visualization:

- Utilize Tableau or Power BI to create insightful visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights from fleet data.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and visualizations.
- Implement data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data visualizations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Database Management and API Integration:

- Manage various databases used to store fleet data and facilitate seamless integration with data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain APIs to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into visualization platforms.
- Optimize database performance and scalability to support growing data needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design efficient data pipelines and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles, with a focus on mobile technology and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI, with demonstrated experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and API integration techniques.
- Experience managing partnerships with external vendors and in-house software development teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
