We require a person to manage the administration and book keeping for our furniture retail showrooms, factory and e-commerce site.


The position entails-

  • Book keeping function monthly SARS returns and payments, Management accounts, capturing of debtors and creditors on Sage, weekly wages and monthly payroll.
  • Admin for our showrooms including capturing, quoting, invoicing, stock control and reporting on Sage. All filing, managing of orders and expenses
  • Managing the production schedule, PO's and orders for our factory
  • Managing our customer orders including regular communication
  • Quotes and logistics for deliveries
  • Excel reporting
  • Assisting the MD on a daily basis

Minimum requirements-
5 years book keeping experience

Drivers license and own car

Minimum 5 years experience on Sage

Salary:
R10, R13,000.00 per month
