Key Responsibilities

  • General Office Administration
  • Reception Duties and Diary Management
  • Directors / Recruiters
  • Booking of Boardrooms daily


Answering the phone
  • Inbound Calls


Outbound Calls
  • Phone for new business keep call list up to date
  • Directing and transferring calls and messages to relevant departments
  • Operations and Sales Administration
  • Meeting and greeting all walkin clients
  • Responsible for offering all walkin client's refreshments
  • Booking and Administering Criminal and ITC checks
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving effectively
