Landlord Vetting Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our client a large financial corporate is looking for a Landlord Vetting Administrator on a contract basis.

The successful incumbent will have experience in Client/Landlord due diligence, onboarding and compliance,

This role forms part of the Properties function and as a properties team they provide a full turnkey solution.

Managing 360+ Retail stores nationally, they also manage 200+ private clients' commercial offices nationally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to CLV internet searches, Landlord communication with Due Diligence documentation and otherwise, and collate CLV information.
  • Attend to all Credit Vetting, Deed Searches, CIPC Searches, Sequestration/Liquidation Searches, obtaining Trust Documentation and ID Documentation (where applicable).
  • RMCP (FIC) & ABC

Policy Screening:
obtain Beneficial Ownership information from Landlords.

  • Adverse Media Screening: attend to screening of Landlords and its beneficial owners for any adverse media findings.
  • Communicate and follow up with Landlord re all CLV related matters.
  • Weekly Progress Report to be sent to

Legal Advisor:
collate all CLV information to be presented and clearly state weekly & monthly targets to meet / exceed the targets & timelines set out in this document

  • Do Beneficial Ownership check, aligned to the organisation's Group Policy Guidelines, and submit to the organisations Group Risk & Forensics, with result management post screening to submit to Legal Advisor to consider.
  • Ensure all information is obtained, with result management to submit to Legal Advisor to consider.
  • Ensuring that all administrative actions are detailed and accurate, and adequate records are kept of same if applicable.
  • From time to time the CLV Administrator can be tasked to assist with ad hoc projects by a team outside of the scope of their KPIs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12

- 3 years administrative working experience in a legal, compliance, property or financial environment is essential:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • must be able to work on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Working knowledge of FICA and/or AML and/or RMCP

Job Types:
