Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Grade 1
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant
  • Previous working experience as a Team Leader (beneficial)
  • System Knowledge: eDocs, ONeils and eTracker modules, e.g., eScanner
  • Computer keyboard literate
  • Must be able to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Quality Driven
  • Good Understanding and ability to follow process requirements
  • Ability to operate efficiently under pressure and maintain required daily processing stats and to meet client SLA's
  • Ability to manage ones own time and the time of others, to give your full attention to what other people are saying and to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions
  • Ability to motivate, develop and direct people
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in work output
