The Operations Manager builds the system and infrastructure for the team to drive efficiency and growth for all departments of the business.

They reduce friction, prevent day-to-day fires and ensure the team can fulfil their work without delays or waiting on the founders.

Their job is to maximise the company's return on investment of its Time, Energy, Money & Human Potential.

Their job ultimately means the business can help their clients fundraise even more which results in feeding, support and aiding the world's most vulnerable people.


The Basics

  • Full time (40 hours)
  • 3 Month probationary period
  • Fully Remote (we will provide a coworking space in your local area)
- £1200-£1500 per month salary

  • Must be available during UK hours but flexible working hours
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
  • We pay for you to do a c course by SpyOps (or any alternatives you may prefer)

Role Requirements

  • Rebuild the operations system (ideally on Asana) to reduce bottlenecks and the need for the CEO to be involved in daytoday operations
  • Reduce the number of communication channels between team and clients
  • Automate as much of the operations as possible so the team are not waiting for a manual update
  • Build SOPs for the team to implement so everyone understands the specific operations related to their roles
  • Selecting KPIs and building dashboards to monitor operations performance
  • Train the team on the new operations system
  • Build a scalable data collection and display infrastructure.
  • Monitor the usage of the new operations system and fix any bottlenecks or fires the team identify
  • Step in as needed to diagnose & resolve team fires, and execute scalable solutions to prevent repeats
