Payroll Administrator Needed
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately managing payroll information and processing payments for employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and verifying payslips
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Handling payroll queries and updating employee records
  • Compiling statistical reports and reconciling payroll discrepancies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Relevant HR/Payroll qualification (diploma/degree)
  • 23 years' experience in payroll administration
  • Proficiency with payroll software, particularly SAGE People within a QSR environment
