Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Take orders over the telephone from customers or Sales Representatives.
  • Manage the reception/ showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.
  • Actively promote sales and upsell products to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately using Pastel System.
  • Maintain accurate records and administration of documentation
  • Maintain a customeroriented approach at all times.
  • Listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Matric qualification.
  • At least 2 years Experience in a similar role
  • Own Vehicle is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customeroriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions.
