Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to join our team at Time Personnel. As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Capture and Input: Accurately capture and input data from various platforms, including internal databases and other sources.
  • Data Verification: Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data.
  • Data Maintenance: Update internal databases to reflect changes and maintain data integrity.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track key company information such as portfolio size, block movements, gained/lost business, and relevant client data.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor internal processes and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of associated tasks.
  • Communication: Manage email and telephone communications to ensure tasks are completed as required.
  • Data Management: Work with Microsoft Excel and internal software systems to manage and process data.
  • Compliance: Highlight areas of concern to senior management promptly and ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in setting up and improving company templates and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Data Protection: Experience with managing compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with internal software systems.
  • Data Protection Legislation: Understanding of data protection legislation and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
