The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Lead and Insurance Coordinator position is to ensure the seamless management of financial transactions and risk mitigation strategies within the organization.


_What will be expected of you?

Accounts Receivable Lead responsibilities are:

Revenue Management: Generating income through invoice processing, payment resolution, record updates, and staff supervision.

Debt Collection: Securing payments by engaging with customers, resolving non-payment issues, and speeding up the payment process.

Financial Reporting: Assisting in financial planning through regular monthly reports.
-
Receivables Updates: Managing rental income by overseeing order processing and bank transactions.
-
Financial Integrity: Ensuring financial security by following internal controls.
-
Ledger Maintenance: Keeping accounting records accurate with transaction postings.
-
Regulatory Compliance: Guaranteeing that all accounts receivable activities meet legal standards.

Team Oversight: Supervising the accounts receivable team to ensure adherence to accounting practices.

The Insurance Coordinator's duties include:

Submitting Insurance Claims: Handling all types of insurance claims, including public liability, third-party, business interruption, and others.

Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all insurance claims.

Training: Conducting training sessions for new Regional General Managers/Assistant Coordinators.

Policy Management: Overseeing all insurance policies.

_Are you qualified?

_:

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

_Did you do this before?

_:

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable management and insurance coordination will have preference.

_Do you have what it takes?

_:

  • Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, effective communication skills, problemsolving abilities, and leadership capabilities.
  • High level of organization, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven experience in supervising a small team and interacting with clients, staff, and insurance providers is highly desirable.
