Responsibilities:

1.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals. Continuously review and adjust strategies in response to market trends and competitive dynamics.

2.

Leadership and Development:

Set clear goals, manage self-performance and sales results, and provide timely and constructive feedback to management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

3.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers. Understand their unique needs, preferences, and challenges to provide customized solutions that deliver value and drive customer satisfaction.

4.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Conduct sales forecasting to set performance goals and budget allocations. Regularly track and report on sales metrics using our proprietary AI technology, ZOLAH. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

5.

Market Analysis:

Regularly conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Use insights gained from market analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives. Develop effective sales promotions and initiatives.

7.

Sales Operations and Process Improvement:

Oversee sales operations including sales process design, customer segmentation, customer presentations, and proposal development. Continuously improve sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

8.

Revenue and Profitability Targets:

Be accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets. Take corrective actions as necessary to deal with sales performance issues and market challenges. Onboard new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and successfully managing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales forecasting.
