Purpose of the Role
Ensure that TTS and customer performance is reported on accurately and timeously.

Deliver a robust end-to-end TTS forecast (FCST) process by business partnering with various stakeholders (CDF BPs, Promo Hub, CD Team).


Key Responsibilities

Forecast:

  • Ensure TTS forecast is uploaded for all spend types
  • Prepare of NAM ask/CPP On file for inputs from CD Team and Promo Hub, review and consolidation of submission and signoff with CDF BP
  • Weekly consolidation of writebacks and monthly reporting to business
  • KPI Power BI dashboard update
  • Preparation of Variance Analysis (VA) file

Month-end and in-month reporting:

  • Customer category VA completion & reporting
  • Completion of TTS discretionary spend rephase file and collation of forecast on forecast changes commentary from CDF BPs
  • Monthly update of Customer GM file
  • Monthly update of customer GMVAs
  • Journal uploads (Autoreversing month end Jnls, Reallocation Jnls. Provisions Uploads)
  • Preparation and circulation of TTS Flash results to CDLT
  • Daily TTS Reports collaboration with UniOps and I&A on Daily TTS reports and In Month sales

Controls:

Performance of control related tasks including, but not limited to:

  • No CPP Limits check and communication with CSPs to update

  • Aged accruals preparation of files across channels and end to end ownership of process in
- partnership with CDF BPs, CDF Director sign off and maintenance of final file on eGRC Lite

  • Preparation of monthly Price and Discounts file
  • Specific Bad Debts Provision

Other:

  • Update quarterly Brand P/L
  • Hierarchy changes as necessary
  • Business risk assessment (Quarterly
  • Total company consolidation and action tracker)
  • General query resolution on TTS line items
  • Drive automation and simplification initiatives in CDF

Knowledge

  • Bcomm Degree or equivalent
  • CA/CIMA advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excel modelling skills and attention to detail (accounting and reporting accuracy)
  • PBI dashboard skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work with data across multiple systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner and clearly explain Finance concepts to nonFinance stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven

Environment

  • Business: Support CDF and CD Team by meeting monthly deliverables
  • CDF BPs: Partner with CDF BPs on monthly and quarterly controls
  • CDF Managers: Ensure customer performance variance analysis and reporting is complete, timely and accurate
