What you'll do

This entry-level position will support recruitment activities for the SAP Digital Skills Center. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist the Recruitment Team with well-defined tasks to manage recruitment campaigns and events, aimed at acquiring young talents, nurturing their skills and getting them certified to advance their careers and combat youth unemployment.

The role is a 12-month opportunity with the possibility of extension.

As a Recruitment Intern for the SAP Digital Skills Center, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily recruitment operations independently
  • Owning operational processes in recruitment, such as:
  • Building Candidate Roster
  • Reviewing incoming applications and pre-qualifying based on selection criteria
  • Conducting bulk phone interviews using a clear recruitment process and interview questionnaire to meet expected quality and quantity standards
  • Administering assessment tests for pre-qualified candidates
  • Ensuring all eligible candidates are invited, tracking responses, and being the main point of contact
  • Handling all necessary documentations
  • Managing contracts
  • Ensuring selected candidates receive engagement letters and required documentation in advance of training programs
  • Meeting HR system requirements
  • Tracking engagement letter returns and candidate feedback, and following up with candidates
  • Collaborating closely with HR for contract creation when necessary
  • Completing all administrative HR tasks on time
  • Providing support to candidates and team members at the beginning of each program
  • Promoting job postings through social media
  • Assisting in creating and launching recruitment advertisements on job portals and university campuses
  • Supporting and conducting interviews as needed, including travel to various locations

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common recruitment software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to build strong relationships, results-driven, and self-motivated
