Internal Sales Representative (JB4506)

As the Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients. This role involves managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with an existing customer base.

The ideal candidate should have a background in lighting, be energetic, self-motivated, and have strong sales acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about lighting products and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with customers ensuring that inquiries are promptly responded to with accurate information regarding product, pricing and availability.

Process orders, coordinate delivery and handle all issues relating to orders, backorders, returns and replacements.

Assist the external sales team by preparing quotes, and assisting with tenders or proposals and product information.

Follow up on generated leads.

Promote new products and initiatives.

Provide technical product support and guidance to customers.

Ensure follow-up of all sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
