The Digital

Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the organisation's digital initiatives and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

1.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee various digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and obtain buyin from stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead project status meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Analysis and Data Science:

  • Utilise data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Conduct thorough datadriven analyses to inform business decisions, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
  • Interpret and communicate complex analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Business Intelligence (BI):

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI platforms for analysis and reporting.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on BI analysis to drive business improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within BI systems and troubleshoot any datarelated issues.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams, including developers, analysts, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and innovation.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for team members and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork and conflict resolution to ensure successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with business leaders to understand their requirements and align projects with organisational goals.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, data science, and BI.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve future project outcomes.
