Our client in the credit industry requires the services of a passionate and qualified individual to expand its dynamic team for enhancement of services to the clients.


Contract:
Permanent (with a probation period)

Working Condition:
Hybrid remote working (2 days a week office based)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative
duties.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Communicate with external parties when necessary.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and assist with probation process.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certificate / Higher Certificate in Human Resources or Administrative field
  • A minimum of 2year experience working with recruitment
  • 2+ years' experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws
  • Strong communications skills
  • Experience with employee relations cases (added advantageous)
