We are urgently looking for a Debtors Controller for a distribution company based in Airport Industrial. This individual MUST be a Quick thinker that can stay level-headed within a fast-changing working environment. Must have knowledge of the FMCG industry with STRONG administration skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Journal processing
  • Monthend reconciliations
  • Manage client statements
  • Manage outstanding payments
  • Submit debtor accounts
  • Responsible for weekly & monthly reports
  • Process customer rebates
  • Resolve all queries timeously
  • Reconcile all debtors
  • Prepare, process, and manage debtors' paperwork
  • Age analysis

Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Industry experience in logistics and distribution essential
  • Strong MS Excel skills essential
  • Strong systems knowledge (Pastel will be advantageous)
  • Process orientated with a good attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in fast changing environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive deadlines
  • Strong communication skills

Relevant Debtors Experience

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree

Salary:
R15 000,00 per month
