Salesforce Administrator who is self-motivated and who thrives in dynamic & high-growth environments to join our RevOps team.

As Salesforce Administrator you will work with internal stakeholders and management to ensure business requirements are met.

_ This is a hybrid position in Cape Town._

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead the development and implementation of various automation initiatives within Salesforce and other connected systems.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships across Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance and IT teams.
  • Implement best practices related to forecast accuracy, segmentation of customers, sales productivity by rep, etc.
  • Support business units utilizing Salesforce and other sales systems with regular administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar position preferably in Sales Operations or System Administration
  • Tertiary qualification + Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM
    strongly preferred:
  • Experience with marketing automation tool like Eloqua or Marketo
  • preferred:
  • Experience with Agile/iterative development methodologies and tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk)
    preferred:
  • Demonstrated project management experience: Managing several projects concurrently within set timeframes
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • The ability to work independently within a small team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and decisionmaking skills
