Sales Administration and Reports

  • Provide input into sales targets, budgets and forecasts
  • Preparing SOIP synopsis on weekly basis
  • Discuss and agree monthly sales plan with all members of sales team and monitor progress against set targets weekly.
  • Maintained all sales records, performed data entry tasks, and provided excellent customer service

    Inherent Requirements


Grade 1
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel & SAP).
  • Proficiency in English
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
