Through thoughtful and extensive research, and the support of a world-class advisory board, you will build intimate and larger scale interactive programmes (delivered digitally) that delight the community; attract best-in-class finance leaders, allowing them to solve business challenges and realise opportunities in real-time.

Your primary research will guide our internal product strategy and your programmes will revolutionise the finance profession.

Key Objectives

  • Conduct high quality primary research with C-Suite practitioners and thought leaders to develop a unique understanding of their key challenges and the opportunities that will progress their profession and the way they do business.
  • Construct, with your selected sessionleaders and advisory board members, sessions that will allow the community to cocreate radical new solutions to their challenges and new opportunities for their businesses.
  • Thoughtfully qualify and select those forwardthinkers who are best placed to guide these unique conversations, and coach them on approach and the creation of tangible outputs for the community.
  • Help guide the sales and marketing team's strategy with indepth research and a thorough understanding of the market.
  • Socialise your primary research and findings from your network, so that we can enhance our products and deliver more value to the community.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate relevant and innovative content to support the acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage your project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop your network with csuite practitioners and nurture relationships with your advisory boards.
  • Continually reinvent and test session formats that are innovative and interactive.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Can carrying out indepth telephone and desk research.
  • Articulate and creative copy writing skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional project direction and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines, actions in a collaborative and extremely fastpaced environment.
  • Great attitude: proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and self motivated.
