and tools and will establish, track, and publish KPI's to monitor and

  • This role is part of the local management team to share ideas and

  • The Lean Manager will ensure and control that the plant maintains
Operational Excellence in its day-to-day operations on continuous

procedures in partnership with the Management Team and key business
stakeholders

  • Maintain the production facility in optimum working condition according to ISO and 5S principles
  • Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies,
budgets, resourcing, issues, and actions necessary to ensure success

  • Management Experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or
related (Lean Professional Path)

  • More than 10 years of work experience in Lean Management/ Operations
Six Sigma Black Belt certified and Lean Certifications

  • Advantageous: Management degree
  • Project Experience: Experience in procurement cost reduction project
definition and leadership

  • Professional Experience: Ideal:810 Years Management experience within a
production environment plus 2 years' experience optimization Lean
manufacturing;

  • 35 years in the field of Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum: 5 years in a management role.
  • Project Experience: Experience in Project leadership and coordination
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in staff management and team
leadership

  • Intercultural Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment with foreign suppliers
  • Human Resources Management experience
