Job Purpose:

  • Maintains the firm's filing system and performs other various adhoc clerical activities on instruction.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Printing Financial Statements
  • Maintain the office filing system.
  • Banking/Post Office
  • Stationary
  • Assist managers and other employees.
  • Update reports and ensure timeous distribution.
  • Disbursement of company car
  • Collection and delivering documents.
  • Ordering of staff refreshments
  • Correspondence with client
  • Assist with reception duties.
  • Creating new files
  • Bookin client information
  • Archiving

General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
