**Job Purpose**:

- Printing Financial Statements
- Maintains the firm's filing system and performs other various ad-hoc clerical activities on instruction.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**
- Printing Financial Statements
- Maintain the office filing system.
- Banking/Post Office
- Stationary
- Assist managers and other employees.
- Update reports and ensure timeous distribution.
- Disbursement of company car
- Collection and delivering documents.
- Ordering of staff refreshments
- Correspondence with client
- Assist with reception duties.
- Creating new files
- Book-in client information
- Archiving

**General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Reliable
- Solid communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced organisation and willing to adapt to change.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.

**Requirements**:
