We are looking for a reliable Front Line/Administrator to join our team at Hillcrest. If you are a professional and approachable individual residing in or around the Upper Highway area, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in the Motor trade/industry essential
- Proficiency in computer programs used in the Motor industry
- 5 years Administrator Experience, fully computer literate in MS Word and Excel
- Filing, collating invoices, orders, quotes
- Sales and client relations
- Providing administrative support
- Handling month-end administrative functions
- Account queries
- General administrative duties
- Answering phones
- Adhoc responsibilities as requested by management
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Understanding and experience in Excel
- Good grasp of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Pastel accounting experience considered an advantage
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Maturity to work in a team environment and under pressure
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude
- High-energy approach with fast learning skills
- Motivation to succeed in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Providing administration support by responding to inquiries and processing requests
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
The salary for this full-day position (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 17:00 pm) ranges between R10,000.00 and R13,000.00 per month.
