- Manage consumables
- Administration related to project finance/costing/budgets
- Arrange events/functions
- Responsible for Switchboard, reception and administration as required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- + 3 years exp in Reception Frontline position related to duties and requirements
- Must be able to communicate well in English - verbal and written
- Able to work with deadlines hourly to monthly
- Must have a professional attitude and frontline skills
- Able to multi-task and do time management accurately
- PC skills in Google drive/internet and MS Office advanced (self sufficient )
