Purpose of the position:
To assist Client's in securing the correct KBC Training Course for their needs. Scheduling and Processing Booking Enquiries in advance to enable efficient management of Training Resources throughout the Company. To promote a positive image of KBC as the first point of client contact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to Clients with regard to the different training programmes required by our Corporate Clients
  • Provide information / submit documentation to ensure Clients meet KBC's standard processes for making training Bookings
  • Liaise with Clients to secure training dates
  • Manage Booking Control Sheet / Online Scheduler to ensure KBC standards for Bookings are complied with
  • Update KBC Mail Logging Profile
  • Ensure Branch Staff receive all Booking related documentation

Minimum Requirements:

Matric:

  • 2 years relevant customer service administration experience
  • Experience dealing with customer queries
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Call Centre Experience with scheduling will be an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Skills Required:

  • Wellspoken with excellent communication skills
  • The capacity to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Computer Experience
  • Superior telephone etiquette
  • Customer centric
Preference will be given to Employment Equity-target groups, including people with disabilities.
