We have recruited a Chief Product Officer and are building product teams and creating domain roadmaps.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join Sand Tech's growing telco domain.

We are creating cross-functional Product teams in each of our industry domains with strong alignment between a Senior Product Manager and design, engineering and data science.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our products, from conception to launch and beyond.

This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and align with our company's goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the set of products within an industry domain. Central to the role is defining what the team builds and why; shaping the strategy and roadmap.

Product Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, collaborating with the domain teams
  • Define the product roadmap, goals, and priorities based on market research and business objectives
  • Lead discovery and prototyping of new products and features

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, science and other teams to define product requirements and specifications
  • Manage the product development process from ideation through to release
  • Ensure timely delivery of highquality products within budget

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and roadmap to crossfunctional teams, executives and stakeholders
  • Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to refine the product strategy

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Monitor product performance and key metrics
  • Make datadriven decisions to optimize and enhance the product throughout its lifecycle
  • Develop and execute endoflife and sunset strategies when necessary

Product Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create gotomarket plans, product positioning, and marketing collateral
  • Support sales and customer support teams with product knowledge and training
