Implementing the visual merchandising strategy:

  • Translate
    promotional launch directives into the store environment, creating a consistent brand experience throughout the company.

Advise Regional Leaders and Store Operators on the implementation of store displays and product layouts, in line with launch directive, visual merchandising guidelines and store floor plans.

  • Contribute to and
    coordinate store openings and refurbishments as required, working in conjunction with the Design Team, Shopfitting Team, and Operational Team.
  • Maximize opportunities to increase turnover in stores.

Ensure effective store space and fixture utilization, to maximize returns per square meter.

Compile competitor analysis to stay relevant in the marketplace and appeal to our local customer base, noting overall store experience, as well as products prices, quality, and value proposition.

  • Ensuring the
    effective control of stock:

Advise store on display products and designs to manage and reduce toxic stock.

  • Review store storage areas in accordance with company standards.
  • Review and update asset and prop registers quarterly.
  • Ensuring effective development of store team:

  • Provide training and coaching to store teams, via hands-on training in store, and through ongoing communication and feedback.
