KEY FUNCTIONS
Promote sales of OEM parts to repair customer issues with the vehicle in dealership and keep an up-to-date record of all transactions made.
Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy.
Ensure Customer satisfaction.
Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties.
Build and maintain existing and new customer base.
Ad hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Parts Dealership experience
Must have good Parts Product knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
Full understanding of a dealership parts process
Be confident to generate new business
Existing customer data base
ADP Advantageous
MS Office Suite
Automotive Industry Experience
