Responsibilities:

  • Create regional sales plans and targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist Dealer Network with operations.
  • Evaluate dealership and individual performances.
  • Provide reports on regional sales outcomes.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual targets and budgets.
  • Train new dealership staff.
  • Formulate and assess the annual budget for the designated area.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tackle potential issues by proposing timely solutions.
  • Contribute to decisions regarding expansion or new dealership business plans.
  • Recommend new services/products and innovative sales techniques to boost customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Dealer Development, or a similar senior sales role.
  • Matriculation.
  • A postgraduate business-related qualification is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Comprehension of dealership operations.
  • Capability to lead and inspire a high-performance Dealer Network.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
