Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Virtual Sales Agent to join F45 Bedfordview as a Virtual Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our studio services, engaging with potential clients through virtual channels, and converting leads into valued members.

Your goal is to drive membership sales, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the remote growth of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for potential members, providing a welcoming and informative experience both over the phone and over SMS / Social platforms

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of F45 services and membership options.


Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various lead generation techniques, including database reactivations, referrals, and paid marketing.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' fitness goals, preferences, and challenges, tailoring your sales approach accordingly.

Present and explain membership packages, pricing, and special offers in a clear and persuasive manner.

Collaborate with the management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with F45s goals and target market.

Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, lead progress, and sales activities in Glofox and LIFT CRM.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about fitness trends, offerings, and sales techniques.

Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere within F45 that encourages potential clients to become members.

Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.


Excellent internet connectivity, own laptop/ computer with sufficient CPU and RAM and back-up power facilities such as an inverter, UPS, solar etc.

A strong understanding of fitness and wellness concepts, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits of the fitness studio's services.

A strong command of the English language including but not limited to spelling, grammar and well articulated spoken English.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends, to accommodate potential clients' schedules.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
