Job Summary

To deliver administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description:

  • Customer Experience: Responsible for all customer enquiries, service level agreements, and to ensure delivery according to set standards.
  • Deal Facilitation : Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Contract Administration: Responsible for all customer enquiries, service level agreements, and to ensure delivery according to set standards.
  • Capturing Fines on Leaseman on request as well as bulk uploads of fines.
  • Uploading driver details on IOX for Nomination for fines that need to be Redirected. (INDICATOR 2 FINES)
  • Assist with all general queries and issues relating to fines including Payments, Redirections and other issues.
  • Retrieving fine copies.
  • Request weekly/ Monthly fines reports for Consultants and Co-Ordinator's from IOX
  • Retrieving fines for Indicator 1 Clients on a weekly basis
  • Retrieving of all ID copies driver's license copies from Docuwiz for uploading on IOX to nominate drivers.
  • Capturing of receipts on Leaseman for fines that where paid by drivers.
Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
