  • Reporting
  • Loyalty card conversions and retention
  • Customer complaints management
  • Administrative assistance required from time to time
  • Completion of all reports and other information needed
  • Compliance to all internal processes and procedures
  • Ad hoc projects as required from time to time
  • All other duties that may be relevant and requested from you from time to time.
