Sales:

- Present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet those needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.

Customer Service:

- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Offer product information, usage guidance, and troubleshooting support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback on their experience.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer preferences, feedback, and suggestions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.

Administrative Tasks:

- Update and manage customer profiles, order details, and communications in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and other relevant documentation as required.

**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
