About the role


As we enter the scale phase of our start-up journey, we are seeking a young, energetic, and responsible Intern for our Client Success Department to join our growing company.

You will have the opportunity to grow in a healthy team and expand your skill set.

You will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures and you will focus on learning how our company operates on a daily business.

LocumBase is a team that works very closely together to provide the best possible solution and service for our client base.

You will be trained on how your day to day tasks are to be performed by one of our designated team members, ensuring continuous growth and efficiency of our product and service offering.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
  • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
  • Accept designated, businessfocus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
  • Assist and facilitate staff as necessary whenever and however needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organisational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high degree of organisational skill and problemsolving ability; specifically the ability to work as a selfstarter especially as it relates to calling on resources outside the business.
  • General computer skills including Google Applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Senior Certificate (Matric) essential minimum qualification.
  • Some work experience is beneficial.
  • Reliable transport.
