Senior Site Agent

Our client a large building contractor require an experienced Senior Site Agent to lead a multi levelled (5 floor) apartment project.

Taking full on-site responsibility managing the entire project from start through to final hand-over, reporting to the off-site contracts' director.


Applicants will be required to hold a minimum of a B Tech in Building/Construction with at least 6 years in a managerial role.

Experience should include independently managing large-scale, multi-level projects with a construction team of senior foreman, foreman, leading hands, and laborers reporting to you.


Duties will include interpreting architectural building plans, allocating project timelines, planning all phases and activities, and executing them into construction actions.

You will also be responsible for project time management and planning, material and plant management, quality control and assurance, allocating resources, and controlling the costs and budgets of projects.


Applicants should have a solid track record, with high work standards and be detail-oriented in line with the luxury high-end residential sector, excellent organization abilities and communication skills, accountable, self-assertive, and have excellent problem assessment and solving abilities.

Applicants should be able to commute to site in Stellenbosch, no allowance has been made for accommodation of staff.

Salary:
R48, R58,000.00 per month
