Key purpose of the role:


The Business to Business Sales Development Specialist/ Lead Generator qualifies inbound opportunities through discovery conversations and research within internal systems, in order to support Account Executives conversion.


Responsibilities

  • Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the
  • Account Executive
  • Gather contact information and other information from prospects and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
  • High volume of outbound calls
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively
  • Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success
  • Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements and hand them over to the respective account executive
  • Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads before forwarding them to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships
  • Educate prospects on the client customization and best usage practices
  • Effectively partner and work across the sales teams to develop account intelligence and map customer journeys
  • Drive engagement with and attendance for webinar, and ensure successful followthrough of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and followups

R10 000,00 per month
