B2b Sales Development Representative and Lead

Key purpose of the role:
The Business to Business Sales Development Specialist/ Lead Generator qualifies inbound opportunities through discovery conversations and research within internal systems, in order to support Account Executives conversion.
Responsibilities
- Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the
- Account Executive
- Gather contact information and other information from prospects and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
- High volume of outbound calls
- Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively
- Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success
- Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements and hand them over to the respective account executive
- Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads before forwarding them to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships
- Educate prospects on the client customization and best usage practices
- Effectively partner and work across the sales teams to develop account intelligence and map customer journeys
- Drive engagement with and attendance for webinar, and ensure successful followthrough of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and followups
