This team will be contributing to the continued growth of Yoco Capital's sales volume and overall revenue in the business.


ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?


As a Capital Sales consultant, you will be focusing on growing our Capital Portfolio and ensuring to guide our customers to the best-fit offering for their business.

You will also be taking on a supporting role, should our customers reach out with capital-related queries that your expertise can comfortably resolve and if not direct it to the right parts of the business to resolve the queries timeously.

You will directly be able to influence the growth of Yoco and our mission to enable people to thrive, as you take on these key responsibilities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily Capital administrative functions
  • Recognizing system error messages and escalating them with the relevant technical Capital supporting teams.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and aligning on brand refresh material when running campaigns.
  • Capturing and closing of an advance after a merchant has settled their advance.
  • Sending legal and/or surety documents to merchants.
  • Communicating between Yoco and Capital partners with regard to collections and information needed from the Capital partner's financial team.
  • Notifying Capital partners when a promotion was offered to merchants once the advance has been accepted.
  • Assisting in sending followup messages to merchants with the latest offers.
  • Escalating merchant queries regarding rates or device issues to the relevant Yoco departments
  • Communicating between Yoco and Capital partners with regard to collections and information needed from the Capital partner's financial team.

Key requirements to perform responsibilities successfully:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth/scaling organization would be highly advantageous.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fastpaced environment and be part of a highperformance team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and the ability to develop longlasting relationships over digital formats/phone/inperson.
  • Need to possess exceptional time management skills.
  • Selfstarter who can manage yourself independently.
