Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in HR
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Experience in any sector welcome
  • Must be a self starter, hands on, and energetic
  • Role requires in office work

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and relevant recruitment statistics
  • Participate in the Performance Management cycle
  • Engage with all staff to understand their needs and provide feedback and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of labour reports
  • Assist with training administration including WSP submissions
  • Record and track relevant HR data and trends

Salary:
R360,000.00 per month
