The Role


A key position has become available for an IT Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for daily Security and Compliance tasks providing support to the Information Security Compliance Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Administration of Compliance, including:
  • Maintenance of safeguards for data management
  • Security audit evidence gathering
  • Maintenance, correspondence, and administration of digital certificates
  • Assisting auditors during Compliance audits:
  • Gathering and maintenance of business-as-usual evidence
  • Remediation correspondence with auditors
  • Security project monitoring:
  • Coordination of multiple compliance and security projects
  • Reporting on a weekly basis/adhoc concerning project progress
  • Businessasusual monitoring:
  • Daily reviews of Compliance documentation to enable easytofind context and content per project
  • Provision for methods to maintain frequency of data reviews for Compliance
  • Reporting and correspondence
  • Maintenance and follow ups with responsible resources
  • Feedback when required for internal reporting

Skills and Experience
Two years' experience in at least one of the following:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer
  • CISA

Two years' experience in all of the following:

  • IT Project Management


 Office36
  • SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
