If you are passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance in the fast-paced world of cloud operations, then join our dynamic team as a Compliance Administrator at Electrum, where you will play a vital role in tracking and implementing our compliance programs to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with teams, stay updated on regulatory changes, and champion a culture of compliance excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of tracking and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures tailored to cloud operations.
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective remediation plans.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, updating compliance programs accordingly, and collaborate closely with our security team to address compliance risks related to cloud security and data protection.
  • Provide essential guidance and training to our cloud operations team, fostering a culture of compliance awareness and excellence. Maintain meticulous records of compliance activities and actively support internal investigations related to compliance issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CISA, CCSP, CIPP) demonstrating expertise in compliance and cloud computing.
  • 1+ years of experience in compliance roles within software development, cloud operations, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and knowledgeable about relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in crossfunctional teams is an advantage.
