Introduction
- Are you passionate about people and service excellence. We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team. This position is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor.
Job description - To be 2IC to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor
- To mentor/coach Payroll Compliance Clerks in daytoday tasks
- To check and validate all payroll submissions across the business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation.
- To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation.
- To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting
Minimum requirements
- Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting
- 13 years' experience within an Administration/Payroll environment
Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge:

- Relevant Legislation (LRA, TAX, SKILLS Development)
