Job Description:

We're looking for ambitious Sales Advisors who have experience working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our SXM client.

We're offering opportunities to work in our state of the art location based in Durban - 6 The Terrace, Westway Office Park, Westville

This role offers a yearly salary of 90,000 ZAR PLUS fantastic bonus earning potential on top of your earnings. We also provide a Nightshift allowance as a benefit, and this will be discussed with you on day 1.

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

  • _ T_aking inbound calls and converts them to revenue for our client._
- _ Dealing with existing customers who want to move service from one vehicle to another._
- _ Speaking to existing customers who have just got a new car and want to activate the service._
- _ This role requires a level of objection handling for any of the above customers that may be coming through._

Your Skills


To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:6 months direct sales experience OR working toward performance based targets.

Target driven.
Good at multi-tasking.
Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.

Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 2pm and 4am Monday - Friday and 2pm - 2am Saturday and Sunday.
