Outworx is looking for Inbound Sales Agents for a leading International USA campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Telephonically make and receive calls to clients.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary.
  • Adhere to internal sales processes.
  • Working to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
  • Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer's best interest.
  • Always promote 'Best Practice'.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Call centre sales experience 612 months experience required.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification
  • Applicant must have a clear criminal record.
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Assume responsibility for accuracy and performance.
  • Proficient written and spoken skills.

Job type:
Permanent

Guaranteed basic salary and commission.

Position will be based in Umhlanga, Durban area.

Salary:
R5, R7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High School (matric) (required)
