JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential Shift: 2nd shift Monday through Friday;3:00pm to 12:30am (Saturdays as needed) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for adhering to Supply Chain schedule efficiently and meet rates daily.
Train and develop staff in the window manufacturing process. Enforce Company policies and procedures regarding safety and Company rules.Planning, scheduling and inventory accuracyMaintain good housekeeping on the lineMust be an effective communicator with all team membersMust keep schedule on time with no open ordersMotivate team to ensure goals are metInsure smooth and efficient start up to workdayRespond to any downtime situation and correct immediately or communicate need for supportResponsible for operations of your work center to ensure the team is working efficiently & exceeding goalsManages the backorder report and verifies operators are following the re-cut processAudit and train new and existing operators daily per Lead Standard WorkMaintain 5 S, a safe work area and ensure all accidents are reported and help in the investigationKnow and understand the quality specifications for your Work CenterMonitor the WIP levels and backorder report and adjust as requiredLead resolution of complex issues or concerns in Work CenterUnderstand and perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionParticipate in stand- up meetings and lead them if supervisor is absentQualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience working hands-on in an Supply Chain environmentExperienced in training and directing personnelMust be able to work with all levels of management and staffHave good analytical skillsBe pro-active in problem solvingAdditional information
